QUANTUM RECHARGE PHILOSOPHIES
DAY 1: MORE NEGATIVE CHARGE, LESS NEGATIVE VIBES

I’m going to risk saying something that might cause you to roll your eyes all the way back in your head.
Ready?
Toxins are one of the two most fundamental things to think about when it comes to your health.
Did I lose you?
Stay with me – the way we frame this out is likely going to be quite new to you.
It is for most.
Here’s the short-version of that framing:
>>Toxins disrupt the coherence of your bio-waters and bio-field so that you become less able to charge your body’s battery that powers healing.<<
^^That probably sounds woo – it’s actually not. In fact, it’s going to make real, concrete, literal sense later on.
First let’s chat a little bit about this whole ‘toxin’ thing.
We hear a lot about toxins and how prevalent they are in our modern concrete hellscapes.
And it is true that toxins have become much more of a thing in our late-stage capitalism industrial world.
- The EPA tracks over 86,000 toxic chemicals in our environment in their database.
- The EWG says 45 million Americans drink radioactive tap water.
- 18 million people have amalgam fillings that leak mercury into their brains.
And the list goes on.
Here’s the thing.
Physical toxicants are very important – we absolutely need to think about auditing our environments to lower our external exposures and think about decreasing our internal burdens.
But physical toxicants are only *one small piece* of the toxins that pervade our lives today.
A toxin is a substance that is harmful to and can damage an organism (life).
Environmental pollutants do fall under the umbrella of toxins.
But here’s what *also* falls there:
- Food: glyphosate, seed oils, additives, and preservatives
- Energy: junk light, non-native EMF, positive ions from synthetic materials, sound pollution
- Emotional stress: shown to create 15% reduction in mitochondrial function, increase insulin resistance, and block the body’s fascia networks
- Spiritual vacancy: a lack of purpose and sense of trust in your life
- Lack of community: isolated living in a constant state of fear and anxiety
You see, [name], even non-physical toxins like stress have been shown to translate into a physiological response in the body.
Stress, loneliness, and spirituality are just as important, maybe even more so, than eating organic food.
That’s what a lot of people miss in this conversation about toxins.
It’s so easy to hyperfocus on the physical, the chemical, the test results, the protocols.
But where most people find their long-lasting answers is in the world of the unseen:
The quantum.
Quantum phenomena describe how sub-atomic stimuli are interacting with our body, and it’s this quantum phenomena that we are going to be focusing on in this free course.
It’s what’s going to create all of your resilience for you.
It’s why you haven’t made the kind of progress in your health that you want, and it’s what your body is deeply deeply hungry for.
And you may think, after reading this list of toxins, that creating a lifestyle that supports the removal of all of these different types of toxins in your life will be complicated and difficult.
That’s where you’re wrong.
It’s easy.
It’s as simple as going outside, breathing deep, getting sunshine, putting your hands in the dirt, and turning off the boob-tube.
It’s an act of remembering.
And it’s really, REALLY fun.

Here’s the bordering-on-platitude piece of advice I offer you today to get started with your quantum recharge:
Get the heck outside.
Outside is where we find:
- A low-toxin environment
- Light signaling that recalibrates your body’s natural rhythms and endocrine secretions
- Negative ions that lower inflammation and increase electrical charge
- Microbes that digest your toxins for you
- Infrared heat that stimulates your mitochondria
- Shuman resonance that calibrates your nervous system
…and so.much.more.
Outside is where your healing lies.
It’s free.
It’s abundant.
It’s available all the time.
Don’t worry we’re going to be getting more specific – a LOT more specific – in the coming days.
But I don’t want you to take this simple thing for granted as so many do.
This is truly the foundation around which everything else is built: if you don’t understand the medicine that lies in nature there isn’t any place I or anyone else can lead you that will be of much assistance.
Our bodies are products of nature, they require it to come back into homeostasis.
So build your relationship with her.
It’s an act of self-love.
Now, first thing’s first, you need to know your baseline and where you're starting from. Right now. Today.
There are 3 important figures I want you to compile today, and then every week on this day from this point forward:
✅ How many days a week do you get outside?
✅ How many minutes per day?
✅ And what is the environment you are most often accessing when you go outside?
This exercise is SO HELPFUL in setting your mindset to where it needs to be.
Even if you haven't had any time outside this week yet, answer these questions and track this every week as a habit.
Do not hide from your numbers.
Figure them out, track them, and watch how much faster they increase just from this one weekly practice.
That's your to-do list item for today: Pull together those 3 figures and commit to tracking them weekly.
