DAY 5: THE HEALING PRIORITIES OF THE BODY

Understanding how healing actually works in the body is quintessential to taking right action to facilitate it.

Basically toxins shut down the energy-making mitochondria and freeze the cell in Cell Danger Response until the toxin is removed.

So we need to #1: remove the toxin.

And #2: Re-build energy stores in the body.

But, if you’re like most folks, you’re probably still scratching your head about the how.

How do we remove the toxin?

How do we re-charge the energy?

 

That’s what we’ve got to get into today with Quantum Recharge Philosophy #2.

Quantum Recharge Philosophy #2: Order matters when it comes to healing.

Today we’re talking *order of operations*.

We need to understand that the body has priorities.

It has a preferred order for which toxins get addressed and when.

It has a preferred system it wants to put energy into repairing first.

And these priorities are *very important* to follow to make buildable progress.

 

But don’t miss this precision for complexity – this is simple.

Here’s how I break this down to my clients and students in my Mitochondria Mastery Program:

We need to use the Core Clear Cleanse Method (CCC).

In the Core Clear Cleanse Method, we work with the body to help it re-energize and shed toxins at the pace it’s ready for.

Here’s how it works.

 

In Phase 1 we focus on implementing CORE Quantum strategy.

These are the lifestyle pieces that are so fundamental to lowering external toxin exposures, and rebuilding charge in the body.

The best part?

The vast majority of these practices are absolutely.stinking.free.

That’s because they’re rooted in nature.

And most people don’t understand what an incredible resource we have waiting for us outside.

They slather sunscreen on and wear sunglasses, they think if they take a barefoot walk they’ll contract parasites or some other nonsense.

This is the modern conditioning we need to work past and remember our birthright that is the abudnance of nature.

It’s implementing these nature-based practices that builds charge in our bodies that we can easily convert to energy, and that gently begins to move toxins through creating bio-waters that flow.

Traditional Chinese Medicine wisely says “stagnation breeds disease”.

Bodies with lots of charge move and flow freely.

More on this later.

 

In Phase 2 we work on CLEARing the bodies drainage pathways so we can eliminate toxins.

In addition to the foundational lifestyle pieces we’ve used to build energy and create movement in the tissue, we now need to focus on strengthening our bodies’ infrastructure for waste removal.

Drainage is different than detox.

Drainage refers to how well your structures for eliminating are working.

Detox refers to mobilizing toxins into these drainage pathways.

Without ensuring your trashcans don’t have holes in them – how can you take out the trash?

This is the foundational work we do in this phase to ensure your body can keep up with the onslaught of toxins it’s been exposed to throughout your life.

Here’s the good news: for the vast majority of folks, doing Core Quantum Strategy and Clearing the Drainage Pathways is all that they need to feel like the superhero version of themselves.

They don’t need to do any more work.

Like I said: simplicity is king.

 

In phase 3 (should you need it) we strategically CLEANSE your body’s unique toxin load.

Now that we’ve created a structure that can process and eliminate toxins, we’re ready to begin mobilizing them out of your body’s tissue and into the drainage pathways.

We may parasite cleanse.

We may focus on mold and mycotoxins.

We may work on metals or radioactive elements.

Or, most likely, we’ll target all of it.

If you’ve had gunked up drainage pathways for extended periods of time, it’s highly likely that you’ve been harboring all of this stuff in your body.

[name], there are two types of people that I see in flailing around the wellness space trying to get well:

Masters of the Mitochondria… folks who have mastered the above processes.

And everybody else.

 

Most people think there are secrets, tactics, magic pills.

They want to know the "right" way to structure their diet for their unique body, for example.

…Ok, let's be clear, they’re probably stuck on trying to figure out their food sensitivities and they’ve bought a boat load of the tests to do it...yet they’re already eating only 10 foods (and the list seems to be dwindling), but they’re convinced eliminating the right thing will be the answer to their prayers.

Just gotta be more disciplined, right?  

(Wrong.)

Or maybe they’re planners.

They spend an entire week learning about the latest elimination diet and this leads to a rabbit hole of new supplements and new bio hacks to go along with it.

They then spend another week researching the "right" products to buy to go with their "right" diet that isn't even going to be put into practice anytime soon.

They are very busy prepping.

They feel productive because there's so much TIME and often money going into this "work".

They take all the courses and watch all the webinars.

It feels like they’re getting somewhere, but really at the end of the day they’re left feeling even more confused about what they "should" be doing.

*Cue the overwhelm*

 

A lot of the people I work with have done this at one point or another.

But, what these folks don’t understand is that addressing the quantum stuff *first* will give them so much more latitude in all of the diet and supplement stuff they spend all of their time worrying about.


Then there are the Masters of the Mitochondria (the MofMs).

MofM’s approach their wellness way differently.

It only takes MofM folks an hour (if that) every day to see massive gains in their health.
