GutsyGreen LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing GutsyGreen LLC for your health education and coaching needs.

14-Day Unconditional Refund Policy

Root to Resilience includes a 14-day unconditional refund window beginning on the date of enrollment.

During this 14-day period, participants may request a full refund (minus credit card processing fees), for any reason, with no explanation required.

Terms of the 14-Day Refund

  • The refund window begins on the date of enrollment.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the 14-day period.

  • Upon refund, access to all program materials, portals, and support will be revoked.

  • Any third-party costs already incurred (e.g., supplements, external lab fees not covered by the program) are non-refundable.

This policy exists to ensure participants feel fully aligned, informed, and confident in their decision before proceeding further into the program.

After the 14-day refund window closes, all program fees are non-refundable, and participants are instead covered under the More Freedom or Free Guarantee, as outlined above, provided full participation requirements are met.

“More Freedom or Free” Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

The More Freedom or Free Guarantee is offered to ensure integrity, alignment, and full engagement in the Root to Resilience (RTR) program. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the methodology when followed as designed.

Definition of Full Participation

To qualify for the More Freedom or Free Guarantee, the participant must demonstrate full participation, which includes all of the following:

  1. Attendance & Engagement

    • Completion of the initial 90-minute roadmap session

    • Completion of the final 60-minute lab review session

    • Attendance at or engagement with all 10 of the follow-up support sessions (live sessions or async protocol delivery, depending on track)

  2. Protocol Adherence

    • Reasonable and consistent adherence to prescribed protocols, including:

      • required supplements

      • timing and sequencing guidance

      • agreed-upon lifestyle or dietary adjustments

    • Open communication if challenges arise so adjustments can be made collaboratively

  3. Testing Completion

    • Completion of baseline (pre-program) functional bloodwork and bioresonance testing

    • Completion of follow-up (post-program) functional bloodwork and bioresonance testing

    • Timely submission of results for review

  4. Communication & Responsiveness

    • Active use of the Practice Better portal for messaging and updates

    • Reasonable responsiveness to check-ins or requests for clarification related to protocol execution

  5. Program Duration

    • Completion of the full 6-month program timeline (or equivalent agreed-upon duration)

Failure to meet the above criteria may void eligibility for the guarantee.

Definition of “Improvement”

For the purposes of the More Freedom or Free Guarantee, improvement is defined as any one or more of the following outcomes:

  1. Objective Marker Improvement

    • Normalization or clinically meaningful improvement in at least three (3) functional bloodwork markers

    • Normalization or clinically meaningful improvement in at least two (2) bioresonance system markers

    • 25% reduction in symptom score

  2. Functional / Symptom-Based Improvement

    • Reported or documented expansion of tolerance (e.g., food, environments, travel, stress, daily activities)

Improvement is assessed collaboratively at the final review session using baseline and follow-up data, symptom tracking, and client self-report.

Guarantee Fulfillment

If a participant meets all full participation criteria and does not demonstrate improvement as defined above, the following applies:

  • The participant will be offered continued coaching support at no additional program cost

  • The provider will cover the cost of future lab testing required to continue assessing progress

  • The participant remains responsible for:

    • supplements

    • optional therapies

    • any non-covered external costs

Continued support will persist until improvement criteria are met, at which point the guarantee is considered fulfilled.

Exclusions & Exceptions

The More Freedom or Free Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to complete required testing

  • Inconsistent or minimal protocol adherence

  • Repeated missed sessions or lack of engagement without communication

  • Refusal to take required supplements

  • Introduction of conflicting therapies, protocols, or substances without disclosure

  • Expectation of results while overriding or substantially modifying the agreed-upon approach

  • Medical emergencies or conditions outside the scope of nutritional and functional support

  • Pregnancy during the program

  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control

The guarantee is not a promise of cure, diagnosis, or medical outcome.

Good Faith Clause

This guarantee is offered in good faith to participants who enter the program with genuine intention, engagement, and collaboration. It is not intended to be used as a risk-free “trial” or substitute for participation.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in Root to Resilience, participants acknowledge that:

  • results vary by individual

  • no specific medical outcome is guaranteed

  • improvement requires time, engagement, and adherence

  • the More Freedom or Free Guarantee is conditional upon the terms outlined above

Digital Courses and Products Refunds Policy

All sales of digital programs and online courses are final.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any digital products or programs programs purchased through www.gutsygreen.com or any affiliated sales channels unless otherwise specified on the sales page.
